Shipping policy

At Meatropolis Meat, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely manner. Please take note of the following shipping policy:

  1. Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes:

    • Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed and delivered the next day.
    • For example, if you place an order on Monday before 12:00 PM, your delivery will be scheduled for Tuesday between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
    • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be batched with the next day's order processing.
    • For example, if you place an order on Monday after 12:00 PM, your delivery will be scheduled for Wednesday between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

  2. Weekend and Public Holiday Orders:

    • We do not offer deliveries of online orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
    • Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the following working day.

  3. Office Hours:

    • Our office hours for queries, order processing, and email enquiries are from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  4. Perishable Goods and Delivery Care:

    • As our products are perishable, we take great care to keep them cool in containers during delivery.
    • Please note that our delivery vehicles are not refrigerated.
    • However, our delivery turnaround times are designed to ensure that the products are delivered within acceptable time frames to protect their flavors and condition.
